Duties of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs



1- Organizing final exam schedules and weekly lesson schedules, in coordination with the scientific departments.

2- Supervising the weekly lectures record prepared for this purpose to ensure that all hours scheduled for each subject are covered and in accordance with the applicable instructions in this regard.

3- Handing over the exam books and receiving them in accordance with the applicable rules.

4- Coordination with scientific departments regarding the delivery of exam questions for the first and second attempts, in accordance with what is done in preliminary studies.

5- Organizing and reviewing documents, as well as grades and assigned academic units, and following up on High studies requirements for all academic levels.

6- Signing the letters that include referring the request to health centers, hospitals, divisions and units affiliated with the Office of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs
